The Journal of Entomological Education and Outreach (JEEO) is now accepting submissions for the inaugural issue, slated to publish in mid 2021.
JEEO is a peer-reviewed, open access journal aimed at publishing articles on all aspects of entomological education and outreach, including traditional research, lesson plans, project ideas, commentaries, review articles, book reviews, dissertation or thesis summaries, and opinion essays. The Editorial Board aims to give all educators, regardless of venue or student type, an outlet to showcase their work.
We invite submission of all types of work. Proposals for special issues, theme issues, or additional article types are welcomed, and may be proposed through a web form.
The main goal of JEEO is to give all educators and entomology enthusiasts an official communication forum. As such, the journal will be free for both authors and readers, and will make all of its contents open access. To this end the Editorial Board will rely upon volunteer peer reviewers, copy editors, and proof readers for each volume. If you wish to serve in any capacity, please register with this site.
Thank you for your interest in the Journal of Entomological Education and Outreach. We hope to make the journal a success, and that success depends on you. Here’s to an exciting 2021!
